The Art of Stacking Services at Center Sanctum
When it comes to wellness and body treatments, more isn’t always better. But the right combination of services can create a more personalized experience.
At Center Sanctum we offer a variety of treatments designed to support relaxation, skin care, body contouring, recovery, and overall wellness. Because many of our services can complement one another, we often get asked:
“Can I stack treatments together?”
The answer is often yes, however it depends on the services, your goals, and how your body responds.
What Does “Service Stacking” Even Mean?
Stacking simply means combining two or more treatments during the same visit or within a planned series of appointments. The goal isn't to cram as many treatments into one appointment as possible. Instead, strategic stacking is about choosing services that work well together without overwhelming your body—or your experience.
Services we LOVE to Stack
Massages & Body Treatments: We love to pair massages with some of our body treatments, like our wraps, celluma, or cryo lean!
Facials & Massages: Who doesn’t love a good classic spa pampering!
Cryo Lean 360 & Wrap: Going from the cold of permanent fat freezing to the heat of the Alpha Spa Capsule can be great for fat loss goals!
Why stop there? Stack up with a massage, facial, and a wrap! Or a massage, cryo lean, and celluma LED!
When Less is More
Not every service offered at Center Sanctum is beneficial to stack. A lot of our services are great for detoxing and lymphatic drainage, but it’s not beneficial to stack too many of them.
Flowpresso is an incredible service for aiding in lymphatic drainage, but it can’t be paired with massage because the two combined can cause an overload of detoxing and lymphatic draining.
Botox & Fillers are some of the medical aesthetic services offered at Center Sanctum by Bella Facial Aesthetics, but shouldn’t be performed before a facial or massage, because moving the face around can push the injectables from their place.
Strategic Stacking VS Overdoing It
There is a difference between strategic stacking and trying to get everything done at once.
Strategic Stacking means you’re selecting services that complement each other. Stacking considers the following:
Your primary wellness or body-care goal
Which treatments complement each other
How intensive the services are
How your body typically responds to treatments
Whether certain services are better separated into different appointments
How much recovery or hydration your body may need after your services
Sometimes the best plan is two complementary services in one visit. Other times, the better approach is one treatment at a time.
Your Treatment Plan Should Be Personalized
Stacking Services isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. Two people may have completely different goals, different lifestyles, and different responses to treatments, which means their plans will look completely different. We believe in intentional stacking. Our goal at Center Sanctum is to help you choose services that make sense together and create a treatment experience tailored to what you’re trying to accomplish.
Wellness isn't one-size-fits-all. Your treatments shouldn't be either.
