We understand that things come up, but please remember that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Same-day cancellations and rescheduling make it very difficult for us to fill that appointment with another client.

Our staff at Center Sanctum is scheduled and prepared to be here for your appointment, and last-minute cancellations directly impact their time and our ability to serve others.

We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are marked as “no show” appointments and are subject to a charge - this includes either a card charge or a decrease in a package if applicable.
